Hi, Abbigail Thomas, the baker behind Bakery House. I have a deep love of making bread and I'm very greatful to my grandma and mom for teaching me to make bread and pastries in my youth. Later on I learned to make sourdough bread by Jardon. He thought me how to keep a sourdough starter, to make the dough, when it's ready for shaping and taught me how to bake the bread and when it's ready for sharing. Bakery House was made to share sourdough breads and pastries with love.
